With the evolution of the theatergoing experience taking a foothold with Barco Escape’s triple-screen panoramic and immersive audio format, Mauro Borelli’s new sci-fi thriller, The Recall, is readying June 2 opener proceded by a wide 2D release on June 16. The official trailer has arrived online, and with none other than Wesley Snipes commanding the screen amid the story of five teens caught amid an impending alien invasion and mass-abduction.
When five friends vacation at a remote lake house, they expect nothing less than a good time, unaware that planet Earth is under an alien invasion and mass-abduction.
The film hails from Minds Eye Entertainment, in association with Bridgegate Pictures and VMI Worldwide, and is written by screenplay by Reggie Keyohara III and Sam Acton King. Snipes is joined by actors RJ Mitte, Jedidiah Goodacre and Niko Pepaj, and actresses Laura Maria Bilgeri and Hannah Rose May.
