Taking a page from the version of Batman The Lego Movie gave us in 2014, director Chris McKay has arrived with an effort of his own for fans of the Bat with the new film, The Lego Batman Movie; In case you’re asking yourself this, yes, of course they were going to call it that, and this Batman wouldn’t have it any other way.
SYNOPSIS:
In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.
The film opens on February 10, 2017 with Will Arnett voicing the lead role. Watch the new official trailer making the rounds this week!
