Coming this August, expect director Tony Chan to keep the rescue-paced narratives going with Bona Film Group’s The Bravest which is now circulating a teaser just days into the 22nd Shanghai International Film Festival.
The Bravest sees a cast that includes Huang Xiaoming, Tan Zhuo, Oho Ou, and Du Jiang starring from a script by Chao Wang about a team of firefighters on a harrowing mission to quell a raging fire at an oil refinery in Dalian. The film, which is reportedly based on true events, releases in China on August 1.
