Trailer teasers are a pain in the ass. The first one has been out for a while now ahead of the upcoming release of Marvel’s Avengers: Age Of Ultron. This one gets off a little lighter though because we’ve already seen a few trailers, and no doubt several more trailers and T.V. spots will be forthcoming to help set the tone being this is one of the biggest and highly anticipated sequels yet.
It’s still frustrating though, but not as frustrating as the new Ant-Man trailer announcement just beneath. Seriously, I see the “meaning” behind making the screen so small to the point where even burying my face in my mobile device won’t work, but frankly, this is just hilarious and stupid.
Anyway, happy new year. I love movies.
The new Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer will air during the 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship on ESPN one week after next Tuesday’s release of the new Ant-Man trailer during ABC’s two hour television premiere of Agent Carter. Both films are releasing on May 1, 2015 and July 17, 2015 respectively. Check them out below, and try not to squint too hard at the last one. Oy.
