UK Cinemas Set To BREAKDOWN On January 15

Following its acquisition late last year by Soda Pictures, first-time director Jonnie Malachi grisled new action thriller, Breakdown, will hit UK screens on January 15 before a DVD and digital HD release the following Monday. There’s a trailer available with not much else to add except if you’re a fan of Craig Fairbrass after thrillers like London Heist and Rise Of The Footsoldier 1 & 2, then Malachi’s latest ought to serve you well on that end.

Haunted by visions of his violent past, professional hitman Alfie (Craig Fairbrass), spirals out of control. His work compromised as he reaches breaking point, Alfie is forced to defend his family from his ruthless employers. 

After stand out performances in the hugely successful Rise of the Footsoldier and The Outsider opposite James Caan, Craig Fairbrass has now firmly cemented his position as a leading actor. Here he gives another powerful performance alongside a strong supporting British cast, including Emmett J Scanlan (Hollyoaks, Guardians of the Galaxy) and James Cosmo (Game of Thrones, Braveheart). BREAKDOWN is the debut feature from British Writer/ Director/ Producer Jonnie Malachi.
