After featuring a red-band trailer in October, IFC Midnight’s upcoming release of the TriBeCa film festival 2013 favorite all-female underground throwdown thriller, Raze arrived online with new trailer this weekend. Raze features actresses Zoë Bell and Rachel Nichols as two of fifty women kidnapped and trapped in a closed-circuit underworld nightmare of fists, blood and horror overseen by rich, elite gamemasters betting their earnings.
Awakening after being abducted, JAMIE finds herself in a concrete bunker, and she discovers that she is not alone. She and SABRINA, a fellow abductee, both soon realize that they are in a modern day “coliseum” where, along with 48 other women, they are condemned to kill each other in order to protect their very own loved ones.
