I never got to share the latest and final trailer for Godzilla: King Of The Monsters on here, and for this, it was also sort of on purpose. A lot of people tend to rag on “trailer reaction” channels but they definitely have their value and it depends on who you enjoy watching the most, and for me, this applies to my favorite, affable nerd duo – The Movie Dojo husband/wife personas, “Phat Samurai Guy” and “Lady Phatblood”.
Their reactions for the past several Godzilla: KOTM trailers are an absolute thrill for me, and it helps that these two are friends from afar, and by far the funniest I’ve ever seen go to town on a film whether it’s a trailer or coming away from a theater. Director Mike Dougherty’s latest has had these two in a total, nerdgasmic tizzy since last year being they’re the hardest of hardcore among the Toho fandom that I know of, and so I leave you their latest reaction above to relish in the hilarity and creature hype (as well as the first and second reactions here and here).
