Writer and director Mariko Tetsuya’s latest, Distraction Babies, reads a lot like a coming of age drama. Arriving in May and co-written by Kohei Kiyasu, the story revolves around a man who sets out to look for his trouble-prone older brother following his departure from their seaport town.
