12 Days And Counting! DEADPOOL Gets A New Trailer Announcement

20th Century Fox is readying a new trailer for director Tim Miller’s forthcoming new movie, Deadpool. Take it all in as we now have a little under two months left before the film’s release, adding to what looks to be another explosive year in theaters for comic book fandom, and featuring Ryan Reynolds who’s all but capitalized greatly on the film’s marketing since the glorious red-band trailer at comic-con over the summer.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Gina Carano, Ed Skrein and Brianna Hildebrand also star for the film’s February 12, 2016. Until then, watch the new 12 day announcement in lieu of the Christmas Day trailer.
