20th Century Fox Is Producing A 1970’s Fictional Action Adventure Based On The Life Of Stan Lee!

Marvel Entertainment
Ever wonder what comic book auteur Stan Lee’s life would be like as its own action adventure film? If so, then you’re more than welcome to consider the very real and possible outcomes.

Word from THR writes that 20th Century Fox has acquired the life rights of Marvel’s famed comic book franchise co-creator to produce a 1970’s fictionalized action-adventure story that sees Lee front in center a la Kingsman/Roger Moore’s 007. Maze Runner and Twilight franchise producers Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey are producing the film while casting and director details are pending.
The film is just the next biggest move for Lee who still keeps busy at the young age of 93, long after seeing his 1939 Timely Comics publication through its evolution into the immersive multimedia powerhouse brand it is today. And so what better place than Fox where one of its biggest properties, X-Men, has become a nearly $4.4 billion dollar success story between 9 films?
The legendary comic book mainstay is making his final New York Comic Con appearance between October 6 through 9, so hopefully we will learn more about it from his angle before long. Stay tuned!
