AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER: Meet Toph In The First Teaser For Season Two!
Netflix’s first season Avatar: The Last Airbender series was a good start for me, personally. That’s not to dismiss the opinions of those who grew up with the animated show, unlike me, which I’m working to change at the moment.
Indeed, the new live-action episodic treatment doesn’t and probably won’t hit home for a lot of fans of the franchise, which case there’s always the new Aang movie which comes out in the new year. For now, we enter season two of the show with a first teaser bringing Gordon Cormier back to the forefront of the all-new adventure along with Miya Cech in the role of franchise favorite, Toph.
In Season 2, after a bittersweet victory saving the Northern Water Tribe from the invading Fire Nation, Aang (Gordon Cormier), Katara (Kiawentiio), and Sokka (Ian Ousley) regroup and set off on a mission to convince the elusive Earth King to aid in their battle against fearsome Fire Lord Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim).
