It’s fair to say that directors Anthony and Joe Russo have met the standard for Marvel’s take on Captain America. They proved their chops in 2014 with The Winter Soldier and all career buzz aside, their latest, Captain America: Civil War is pretty much selling itself at this point with all the positive feedback it’s now getting from early screening audiences.
We’ll hear what the critics have to say in due time. Until then, the film is on a heavy quest to promote the hell out of itself with clips and TV spots.
