Erik Bloomquist last hit our radar with 2023’s killer thriller, Founders Day, and now he’s back and upping the ante with Self-Help. Cineverse is plotting an exclusive theatrical release on October 31 with advance tickets to be sold on October 15. Additionally, an early 2026 digital release was announced and they’ve unleashed an official announcement with all the trimmings, including a trailer and poster. Read on! LOS ANGELES – Cineverse (Nasdaq: CNVS), a next-generation entertainment studio, and Bloody Disgusting, its horror division, have acquired North American VOD and streaming rights to Self-Help, the newest feature from fraternal filmmaking duo Erik and Carson Bloomquist and production outfit Mainframe Pictures.
