DRACULA Trailer: Caleb Landry Jones Is On A Centuries Old Quest For Blood And Vengeance!
Director Luc Besson’s latest epic dark fantasy is now poised for release in the U.S. with his own take on Bram Stoker’s classic, Dracula. Reteaming Besson with his Dogman star Caleb Landry Jones, the film is set to release theatrically in the U.S. on February 6 from Vertical Entertainment.
When a 15th-century prince’s wife is brutally murdered, he renounces God and damns heaven itself. Cursed with eternal life, he is reborn as Dracula – an immortal warlord who defies fate in a blood-soaked crusade to wrench his lost love back from death.
Dracula picked up its momentum from a Summer theatrical run in Asia and more prominently throughout Europe under its international title, including in Spain where our own Mike Garcia caught the film and took to our platform for his critique writing, in part, the following:
“…Dracula: A Love Tale ultimately emerges as a joyous, flawed valentine to the vampire myth—a film that revels in its own excesses while rediscovering the profound love story buried in Stoker’s pages. For fans of gothic romance or Besson’s bombastic style, it’s a delirious delight that proves even immortals deserve a second chance at passion…”
Dracula also stars Christoph Waltz, and Zoë Bleu. Watch the trailer:
