FURY: Cast Announced As New Brazilian MMA Drama Rolls Cameras

Brazilian MMA actioner Fury is underway from Netflix and Zola Filmes. José Henrique Fonseca, best known for his work on the “Mandrake” TV drama and subsequent film follow up among other projects, is at the helm for the new series created by Igor Verde and Gustavo Bragança.

Fury is led by actor Vinicius Neri who plays an amnesiac fighter battling for a place in the world of MMA, and the rediscovery of his true identity as he’s embroiled in a dangerous web of crime, ambition, and secrets that threaten his life and that of his mentor. Neri is joined on screen with a cast that also lists Fabio Lago, Alice Carvalho, Eduardo Moscovis, Cláudia Raia, MC Cabelinho and Bianca Comparato, with fight sequences by Peter Lee Thomas (Accident Man: Hitman’s Holiday, Freaky Tales).
