Not long after Well Go USA announced its acquisition of director Li Liming’s Ip Man: Kung Fu Legend along with a new film in toe, we now have an official trailer which you can view below. The film marks actor Dennis To’s fifth turn at the role in a franchise tangential to the success of Donnie Yen’s films, which began with To’s inaugural performance in Herman Yau’s Ip Man: The Legend Is Born in 2010.

ALLEN, TEXAS (May 19, 2026) – Former Wushu champion and martial arts icon Dennis To reunites with his Ip Man: Kung Fu Master director Li Liming (The Wolfman, Young Ip Man: Crisis Time) for the action-packed martial arts epic IP MAN: KUNG FU LEGEND – To’s fourth time* portraying the legendary grandmaster of the martial art discipline Wing Chun and mentor to several martial arts masters, including kung fu superstar Bruce Lee. Synopsis:
The thrilling follow-up to 2019’s Ip Man: Kung Fu Master, director Li Liming’s IP MAN: KUNG FU LEGEND follows the Wing Chun icon as he attempts to open his own martial club after leaving his police career behind.
