It was last year that Lakeshore Entertainment announced the production of director Anna Foerster’s induction to the epic Vampire V Lycan saga for the fifth Underworld movie. Apparently as far as titles go, Underworld: Next Generation wasn’t hugely feasible, and so it was through social media that the production waited and deliberated what its newest title will be.
That title now comes in the form of actress Kate Beckinsale’s return to lead in Underworld: Blood Wars, which is officially dated for October 14, 2016 from Lakeshore Entertainment and Screen Gems. The Divergent Series co-star Theo James is also rejoining the action horror franchise as is Charles Dance. Tobias Menzies and Lara Pulver round out the cast with James Faulkner, Peter Andersson, newcome actress Clementine Nicholson, and actor Bradley James and Daisy Head.
