MAGIK ROMPAK Teaser Revealed For Adrian Teh’s New Heist Action Adventure Coming In Fall
The official teaser arrived on Thursday for heist action adventure Magik Rompak. The $3 million dollar Singapore/Malaysian production marks the latest from director Adrian Teh who, if you don’t know by now, has emblazoned the action genre with several titles in recent memory, including Paskal, Wira, The Assisstant, and more.
A leading magician who assembles a reluctant crew for an audacious and daring heist to steal a priceless gem. As their pasts intertwine and the stakes rise, the team must perfect the art of illusion, confront their own vulnerabilities, and orchestrate the ultimate vanishing act to protect their futures.
The cast is led by Zul Arrifin, and Sharnaaz Ahmad, along with Amelia Henderson, Nadhir Nasar, Fabian Loo and Singapore’s Tay Ping Hui. Magik Rompak hails from Act 2 Pictures, Golden Screen Cinemas, Astro Shaw, Overseas Union Garden and Clover Films.
Variety’s Naman Ramachandran signaled readers with an exclusive look at the film, as well as a statement from Teh.
