Marko Zaror's Latin American Superhero Short, ZAMBO DENDE, Gets Its First Character Poster!

Director Ricardo Gabrielli R.‘s newest live action comic book superhero short adaptation, Zambo Dende, appears to be ready to get things rolling this week! The project has certainly proven to be one of the more promising of ones following headlines over the last few months announcing its existence with Chilean martial arts action star Marko Zaror in the title role, inspired by 7G Comics’s own Nicolas Rodriguez.

A flurry of promotional pictures began circulating the web in the last few months, illustrating much of the character backdrop for this new tale centered on the story of a child who uncovers his noble roots and ultimately becomes a symbol of hope for the oppressed slaves of 16th century Latin America. Now, it appears our patience is slowly going to be rewarded, as the first of the forthcoming character poster slate has made the rounds illustrating actor Esteban Cueto (Undisputed 3: Redemption, Battle Of The Damned) in the role of “Force”, one of the villains for the new shortfilm.

As a noteworthy mention, Zaror’s latest revenge action thriller, Redeemer, is poised for a summer 2015 release. In the meantime, click here to take a look at the previous promo photos, and feel free to check out a recent program that goes behind the scenes with plenty of footage to leave you something special.
