With at least two more films arriving soon, fans of actor and martial artist Bren Foster can lean back a bit as we approach the release of Mexicali. Opening in theaters and on Digital on March 13, the film stars Foster as an ex-mercenary whose new life as an avocado farmer gets upended when a violent dust up with the local cartel makes him a target.
Stunt multihyphenante and fight coordinator Luke LaFontaine makes his feature directing debut from a script by Avengement and Triple Threat helmer Jesse V. Johnson. Also starring are Tania Raymonde, Plutarcho Haza, Kris Van Damme, and Louis Mandylor, with action sequences by Foster and LaFontaine.
