Filming is currently underway in France for writer and director Christopher McQuarrie’s latest installment with the sixth Mission: Impossible film for Paramount and Skydance. Given this, it’s likely that miscellaneous fan photos of the set would be discovered and as it turns out, there’s a whole viral batch of jubilant behind-the-scenes gems on Instagram with our cast on set, a few of which include and otherwise confirm actor and martial artist Joey Ansah.
Details are currently unknown regarding Ansah’s role which otherwise pits him along with a raft of returning and new cast members led by Tom Cruise who can be seen in a recent Instagram fan photo from the set with Ansah whose acting credits partly include The Bourne Ultimatum, Scott Adkins-led martial arts thriller Green Street Hooligans: Underground, Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist and ITV series Beowulf: Return To The Shieldlands. Rounding out the cast are a returning and new crop that enlists Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson and Jeremy Renner, with Vanessa Kirby, Henry Cavill and Sian Brooke also starring.
The film is slated for a July 27, 2018 release.
