New International Teaser For G.I. JOE: RETALIATION

Poster source:Screenrant
The new international trailer for G.I. Joe: Retaliation has been released. Like the previous trailers we have seen, including the French international teaser, the footage is mostly more of the same, but is edited with Korean subtitles.

What is interesting to me so far is the distinct possibility that Storm Shadow, played by Byung-hun Lee could be siding with the heroes this time around, after his last appearance in the first film. Other than that, I am open to seeing how the film plays out when it hits theaters on its new release date, March 29, 2013, since the pushback of post-production to include 3D conversion, among other reasons.

Synopsis via GIJoeMovie.com::

A follow-up to the 2009 release of G.I. JOE: RISE OF COBRA, which grossed over $300M worldwide, Paramount Pictures, MGM and Skydance Productions, in association with HASBRO, commenced the di Bonaventura production of G.I. JOE: RETALIATION.

In this sequel, the G.I. Joes are not only fighting their mortal enemy Cobra; they are forced to contend with threats from within the government that jeopardize their very existence. The film stars D.J. Cotrona, Byung-hun Lee, Adrianne Palicki, Ray Park, Jonathan Pryce, Ray Stevenson, Channing Tatum with Bruce Willis and Dwayne Johnson. Directed by Jon M. Chu, and produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Brian Goldner, from a screenplay by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick based on Hasbro’s G.I. Joe®characters.
