I’m thankful to still have enough time to procrastinate before finally sitting down with Spectre as the new and 25th Bond entry approaches. This one is called No Time To Die, officially announced on Tuesday by Eon Productions and MGM with release dates set for next year.
Cary Fukunaga is directing from a script by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade are penning No Time To Die, along with Scott Z. Burns and Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Daniel Craig steps back into the title role next to a mix of returning and new cast members including Ralph Fiennes, Naomi Harris, Lea Seydoux, Jeffrey Wright, Billy Magnussen, Rami Malek and more.
In NO TIME TO DIE, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
The film will be released globally from April 3 2020 in the UK through Universal Pictures International and in the US on April 8, from MGM via their United Artists Releasing banner.
