Valiant Comics is young in its current stage as the film and television world slowly but surely pans its attention to the 27-year old company’s immersive catalogue of content. Needless to say it’s immersive enough for Sony Pictures to begin advancing efforts for a feature film universe that kicks off in the next few years, as well as other potential mediums like digital, which is where the good folks over at Bat In The Sun and Valiant Entertainment have come in to reign in with their latest digital series effort, Ninjak VS. The Valiant Universe.
Arrow co-star, actor Michael Rowe stars in the title role – a British weapons expert, MI-6 spy, martial arts master and assassin as he’s forced to take on a line-up of Valiant heroes after betraying his closest allies. The six-part series, directed by Bat in the Sun’s Aaron & Sean Schoenke, will also include characters like X-O Manowar, Faith, Divinity, Timewalker, Eternal Warrior and Savage, as well as actor and martial artist Jason David Frank of Power Rangers series fame in the role of technologically advanced supersoldier, Bloodshot. Bat In The Sun regulars Kevin Porter and John Morrison, actor Derek Theler, and actresses Ciera Foster, Nicola Posener and Chantelle Barry round out the cast.
