SAMURAI VENGEANCE Teaser Unsheathes Mystery And Intrigue!

Author Sayako Nagai’s award-winning 2023 novel is the basis for Samurai Vengeance, the new Edo-period crime mystery from writer/director Takashi Minamoto. The film stars Tasuku Emoto and Kenji Watanabe with a release set for February 27 from Toei.

On a snowy night, a lone samurai stains Edo crimson, achieving a ruthless vendetta. Beheading his father’s murderer, he raises the head, chilling elation in his eyes…, but it does not end here. A must-see samurai vengeance story, exploring the true meaning of honor and passion!
