In a desert post-apocalyptic world ruled by an evil organization named Sirius. A man known as Thunder, general of that organization, makes the choice of picking the side of justice, betraying them with no remorse, in order to fight them back and put and end to their reign of terror and fear, redeeming himself and a painful past that still haunts him, rescuing in the proccess a bunch of girls that were abducted by Sirius with mean intentions.
