Actor Kiefer Sutherland was on the road with father and actor Donald Sutherland late last year to promote his latest western pic, Forsaken. At the time, he made it pretty clear following Fox’s renewal announcement of the hit series, 24, that he was done with the show, which left things in the air as to who would replace him. Fast forward six months later and the trades, including Variety, are out and about with news that Non-Stop and AMC’s The Walking Dead co-star, and Straight Outta Compton star, actor Corey Hawkins is taking the reigns for the impending season premiere of 24: Legacy.
