ADKINS UNDISPUTED: Talking ‘Max Cloud’, Movies, Martial Arts Mania And More With Host, Michael Scott

I promise, I’m a better writer than I am an orator. However, if you have an hour to expend and wanna hear me giggle my ass off while struggling to put words into viable sentences to discuss movies, fandom and the new Scott Adkins action comedy sci-fi, Max Cloud, the latest episode over at Adkins Undisputed is where it’s at. The show is hosted by Michael Scott who previously expressed his views in a piece for our site about Koichi Sakamoto’s 2009 action thriller, Broken Path. Michael and I discuss the film, fandom, and even weigh in a bit on social issues – namely LGBTQ rights. It’s an interesting segway you’ll hear somewhere in there, and I welcome you to listen for yourselves. Next to my episode over at The Movie Dojo this year, this was equally exciting to partake in. And we rambled for an hour. Whew!

As it stands, action movie fanboy Michael Scott is one of the most vocal Scott Adkins fanboys I know of. Indeed, readers of this site may also recall a piece he recently contributed in promotion of Koichi Sakamoto’s Broken Path, and rest assured, those who follow him on Twitter also know him as co-host of the 20th Century Movie Club via the Dana Buckler Show podcast. So what’s new? Welp, Scott’s done went and launched a new podcast of his own with Adkins Undisputed. Three episodes are currently live, the first in which he discusses his own history, discovery and cultivation through action films before taking a deep dive into some of Scott’s earlier television work, and of course, that won’t be all going forward, as he’s only just getting things started.
