TRIGGER: Raven Banner Loads Up Richard Somes’ New Philippines Action Thriller
We Will Not Die Tonight helmer Richard Somes’ latest, Trigger, has found a new home for international sales representation with Raven Banner Entertainment as of this week. The company released a first look which you can view above, featuring actor Arjo Atayde as an ex-soldier-turned-security guard whose PTSD becomes the ultimate modifier when he’s forced to protect a woman on the lam from a corrupt police death squad. Trigger hails from Fusee’s Wilfredo C. Manalang who is producing with Somes via Strawdogs Studio Production, Nathan Studios’ Ria Atayde and Sylvia Sanchez, and Theo & Atlas Production Inc.’s Michaelangelo Masangkay and Fernando Henna.
