Star-Studded Martial Arts Comedy FURY OF THE FIST AND THE GOLDEN FLEECE Gets A Limited U.S. Release On May 25

2018 will be a banner year for actor and martial artist Alexander Wraith whose directorial debut, Fury Of The Fist And The Golden Fleece, boasts a raft of heavy hitters among its star-studded cast. Comedy Dynamics has reportedly picked up the film for a limited day-and-date release on May 25 with a story centered on The Fist, who after thwarting a robbery attempt, finds himself in the throes of the Super Boss whose evil plans include emasculating men via estrogen-pumped meat. Actor Sean Stone co-wrote the film with Wraith, as well as stars opposite celebrated American Ninja franchise star Michael Dudikoff, in addition to appearances by action legend Cynthia Rothrock, up-and-coming actress Bianca Brigitte VanDamme, and actors Ernie Reyes Jr., and Jeremy and Jason London. Director Thomas J. Churchill‘s latest, Check Point, has already made a few rounds at Comic-Con in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and is now rolling out its official trailer for the public to see. I haven’t seen former wrestler-turned-actor Bill Goldberg in a while so it’s nice to see him back on screen along with the likes of actress Michelle Lee and William Forsythe. Actor and director Thomas J. Churchill (Emerging Past, Lazarus: Day of the Living Dead) has taken his craft in the field of horror and suspense into Wilmington, North Carolina as of Monday for the production of his new film, Check Point. The film boasts a prominent cast of actors, including several that many moviegoers will recognize, with actor William Forsythe in the lead as a small town sheriff whose apprehension of a drifter segways his inquiry into the gruesome and supernatural. The plot is a little vague in terms of twists which does make things a little more interesting as things thicken, and so I do have my own ideas of where this could go.
