SWEET GIRL: Jason Momoa Rejoins ‘Braven’, ‘Frontier’ Producer For Netflix Revenge Thriller
Jason Momoa‘s got a little bit of time before dipping into an Aquaman sequel. Indeed he’ll be using some of it reuniting with Frontier series exec producer and Braven producer Brian Andrew Mendoza for Sweet Girl at Netflix. Mendoza will debut in the chair this time helming a revenge thriller that sees Momoa as a widower out to avenge his wife’s death whilst protecting the only family he has left — his daughter. Gregg Hurwitz and Philip Eisner penned the script prior to its latest draft from Will Staples. Momoa and Mendoza are producing next to Brad Peyton (San Andreas) and will be rejoined by Frontier producers ASAP Entertainment’s Jeff Fierson.
