BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Will Be Rated-R On Blu-Ray
In what can only be described as the so-called “Deadpool effect” it now appears that Warner Bros. is curiously dabbling into R-rated territory, but with a catch! Comingsoon.net has learned via FilmRatings.com that Zack Snyder’s Batman V. Superman: Dawn Of Justice is getting an R-rating for its Blu-Ray release in the form of Dawn Of Justice: Ultimate Edition. The current theatrical release of the film, opening in the U.S. on March 25, still stands at PG-13 so certain moviegoers won’t have to worry about walking into the wrong movie. Time will tell what this will mean for other films like the August 5 release of Suicide Squad and the Justice League films which open between next year and in 2019.
