Harvard Film Archive Slated For KING HU Film Festival Next Week
The Harvard Film Archive Cinematheque (est. 1979) is a public state-of-the-art theater located at the lower level of Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts on Harvard University campus. With varying ticket and membership prices and fees depending on the viewer and the event, the HFA Cinematheque hosts a 200-seat theater featuring a year-round Public Film Program that boasts a combined collection of over 25,000 film titles. The program broadcasts screenings year round between Friday and Monday afternoons and evenings, with guest speakers and filmmakers attending the events and engaging students and faculty members about their work.
