Aussie label Imprint Films is kicking off its Imprint Asia shingle on March 27 with a trio of lauded titles on limited edition Blu-Ray. Chen Sicheng’s DETECTIVE CHINATOWN 3 Trailer Sees Shenanigans In The Far East, And Tony Jaa Looking Cool AF

Back and building once again on his first two successes, director Chen Sicheng reignites the Detective Chinatown fervor with a third offering now headed for a January 2020 release. Actors Turbo Liu and Wang Baoqiang reprise their roles for another tale that chronicles their haphazard crimefighting exploits from Bangkok and New York City, and now to the far east in Japan. They are rejoined by actress Wendy Zhang from the first film along with sequel co-star Satoshi Tsumabuki and martial arts superstar Tony Jaa now for a story that sees our heroes landing in Tokyo to solve a bizzare murder. The film opens just in time for the Chinese New Year on January 25. Tadanobu Asano and Masami Nagasawa also star!
