THE CALL OF THE WILD Trailer: A Man Named Ford And A Dog Named Buck Face-Off With The Alaskan Wilderness
Director Chris Sanders’ new film has Harrison Ford taking on nature’s rough terrain with a wayward dog in The Call Of The Wild. The film is based on Jack London’s early 20th century novel from a script by Michael Green, and boasts cutting edge VFX and animation for its presentation of the animals in the film to make them fully photorealistic, as well as emotionally authentic. The first official trailer is online from Fox/Disney for a February 21, 2020 release, and there’s definitely some convincing work done that looks to benefit the film as heavy as it leans on its canine hero, Buck, to enhance the on-screen friendship that will take shape from here on; This, of course, from the same conglomerate that just released a live-action reboot of Lady And The Tramp on its newly-launched streaming service – no talking animals here though.
