Aniplex To Screen DEMON SLAYER: KIMETSU NO YAIBA Later This Month In L.A.!
Aniplex Of America is tending to a premiere theatrical event on Sunday, March 31 for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba. Produced by ufotable (Fate/stay night [Heaven’s Feel] trilogy, Fate/Zero), Haruo Sotozaki directs the action and adventure based on Koyoharu Gotoge’s on-going Weekly Shonen Jump manga whose forthcoming anime series will also receive a Japan premiere on April 6. It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself. Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon that massacred his family.
