Vlad Rises In A New IMAX Poster For DRACULA UNTOLD!

It’s only a matter of days now before movie goers take the first step into Universal Pictures’ cinematic Monsterverse with Gary Shore‘s directorial feature debut, Dracula Untold. The film bows in North America this Friday and will finally do so in both 2D and on IMAX screens, and to accommodate this, we now have a brand new IMAX poster for the film which you can check out just beneath, in addition to the most recent IMAX featurette just beneath: Luke Evans (Fast & Furious 6, Immortals) stars in Dracula Untold, the origin story of the man who became Dracula. DRACULA UNTOLD Will Take The First Bite Out Of Universal's Monster Movie Slate!

It was about a year ago that then-writing partners Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci announced plans to develop a cinematic universe for Universal Pictures circling iconic movie monsters of the past century. Those efforts have since advanced following Kurtzman and Orci parting ways earlier this year, leaving Kurtzman now sharing the workload with Chris Morgan for the forthcoming slate of monster movies which would also include The Mummy, Van Helsing, Dracula, Frankenstein and others. Well, a year later, it just so happens that Universal is working overtime to promote its newest action horror epic adventure, Dracula Untold which is already in the process of screenings and further star-studded publicity, and a handful of reviews are already published online. Luke Evans Tests His Limits In A New Clip From DRACULA UNTOLD

Universal Pictures and Legendary Pictures are currently gearing up for a multiterritorial slate of international releases for its upcoming action horror epic, Dracula Untold, and several pics, clips and featurettes are already making the rounds. The film, directed by Gary Shore, is another installation in origin storytelling which focuses on the ancient tale of the notorious Vlad The Impaler and his quest for ultimate power against an enemy threatening his people, and his family. Actors Luke Evans and Dominic Cooper lead the cast as anti-hero and villain, respectively, and the two can now be seen in a brand new short action clip and a related behind-the-scenes featurette. The film releases in the U.K. on October 3, and in the U.S. a week later.

Luke Evans Turns To Darkness For Strength In The New Trailer For DRACULA UNTOLD

Following the release of a new poster for director Gary Shore‘s directorial debut, Dracula Untold, the first full teaser arrived on Tuesday with actor Luke Evans front and center in the title role of Prince Vlad Tepes (a.k.a. Vlad the Impaler). There’s plenty of origin shown here so there isn’t too much to worry about what lies ahead when the film releases later this year, especially if you’re looking for something fitting to see come Halloween, in which case, you’ll likely get a hefty treat watching Dracula unleash his brutal onslaught of nightmarish tricks on entire armies, and then some! Evans is joined by Sarah Gadon, Dominic Cooper and Diarmaid Murtagh for the film’s IMAX and 2D release on October 17.

Luke Evans Stands Tall In The New Poster For DRACULA UNTOLD

Anyone looking for a good Halloween thriller to catch in theaters later this year can fret no more, thanks to the upcoming release of helmer Gary Shore‘s directorial debut, Dracula Untold. Written by The Gods Of Egypt scribes Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless, the film is based on original characters created by late gothic horror novelist Bram Stoker and stars Luke Evans in the lead role of what is tentativly described as an origin story of Vlad Tepes the man who became Dracula. The film will also reportedly add some history to its mythological lining, detailing the story surrounding the legendary fifteenth century prince who was posthumously nicknamed “Vlad the Impaler”, due to the notorious cruelty he inflicted on his enemies.
