Sex, Murder And Betrayal Ensue In The New NSFW Shortfilm Release, THE TRADE!
Director Gerald Godbout III is still in the process of putting together his latest action horror project, WalkerZ, and thankfully, there’s a Facebook page where you’ll be able to attain more information. In the meantime, you can find even more of his work online now in the form of his newly released director’s cut version of the summer 2014 hit shortfilm, The Trade.
Actor and producer Dennis Jusino takes the lead along with actor Jimmy Dempster in a story of two cousins whose united success in the seedy underbelly of Miami’s high-class sex trade will serve as testimony of one’s own loyalty to family, with tragic consequences. I had the good fortune of screening this project last year for a more intricate review, in addition to a generous special thanks credit at the end from my initial write up about the project as one of quite a few crowning achievements as a film enthusiast here at Film Combat Syndicate, and for this, I am eternally grateful, and I look forward to what Godbout III does next.
