Looking at the official trailer for Irie Yu’s new crime romp, Gangoose, I sort of got the feeling this was another manga adaptation from the music, tone and character design. As such, a brief stint on google confirmed this and I found my instinct on this bit of news a little hilarious. As you’re reading this, I was still a little giggly from it. As for the source material, the Joker Game and Vigilante helmer erects an adaptation about a trio of delinquents who decide to fight crime with their own brand of crime. That trio is comprised of Kato Ryo, Takasugi Mahiro and Watanabe Daichi, rivaling recording artist Miyavi of Bleach fame here in his second stint on the big screen as the villain.
