ComingSoon.net has forwarded an announcement from Warner Bros. Pictures of the new July 18, 2014 release date for the upcoming film, Jupiter Ascending, a week ahead of its previous date of July 25. Reportedly the move came after Matt Reeves’s Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes pushed its release date further ahead to July 11th, which ultimately led to WB’s new date shift, leaving the July 25th date in the clear for Brett Ratner’s Hercules: The Thracian Wars with actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson took to Twitter on Thursday to announce the beginning of his filming slate for director James Wan‘s upcoming film, Fast And Furious 7. In addition, he posted a side-by-side picture showing his Fast And Furious persona, D.S.S. Agent Luke Hobbs, with the very first frontal image of his upcoming titular role in director Brett Ratner’s July 25, 2014 release of Hercules: The Thracian Wars, since filming finished five days ago.
