I think its interesting with all the amount of attention sci-fi has been getting as of late, especially with Blade Runner getting a sequel and Deepak Chetty’s upcoming short, Hard Reset now making waves since its production in Texas. There’s a trending pattern here in epic futuristic noir that I’m noticing and its taken a few years to culminate, I presume, and I’m absolutely loving what I see. That said, I don’t know the exact history and duration it took for directing duo Raphaël Hernandez and Savitri Joly-Gonfard (pennamed together as Seth Ickerman) for their latest proof-of-concept trailer for their latest sci-fi thriller, Ickerman, with exception to their single day filming with just a 1000 euro as mentioned at Twitchfilm, but the results look just fantastic.
