IFC Center Postpones STREET FIGHTER: ASSASSIN'S FIST Until Next Year

Monday’s IFC Center screening of director Joey Ansah’s breakout live-action martial arts gaming adaptation, Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist, was cancelled, according to the official website. The feature-length multiplatform webseries/movie from Assassins’ Fist Limited will now be held on Thursday, January 1, 2015, with Ansah expected to be in attendance. One of the most recognized video game franchises in the world, STREET FIGHTER: ASSASSIN’S FIST tells the origin story of some of the series’ most beloved characters: Ryu, Ken, and Akuma. Delivering top-notch, martial arts action with visual effects that rival major Hollywood studios, this will be a must-see for Street Fighter and action cinema fans, alike.
