It’s great to live in an age where the online independent film scene has expanded to a point where bonafide stunt performers and martial artists are able to come together en masse and create something as epic as what actor, stuntman and co-writer Aaron Toney is currently brewing. Case in point: The latest teaser for Throne, the story of a king who sets out find the man responsible for framing him for the death of his own family. ATLAS CAM FIGHT Brings You A Whole New View Of Action

If you look at any fight scene from a film or an online test fight such as the ones I have hosted on this site, they all have their own flavor and vision as per their stunt coordinators and choreographers and directors. Such was the case for the latest online gem brought to you courtesy of Microdrones-pictures, a company best known for its high-flying style and vision of cinematography by way of stuntman and stunt coordinator Ferdi Fischer, whose latest experiment is now available online, simply called Atlas Cam Fight. Action actor and stuntman Gui Da Silva returns back to the screen for his latest performance in the new shortfilm, Knife Fight. The shortfilm is Da Silva‘s latest (….ahem…) stab at weapons’ choreography opposite fellow actor and stuntman James Young, exquisitely arranged once again by LBP Stunts Chicago’s own Emmanuel Manzanares, who previously directed Da Silva in the stellar pistol-whip action short, Extraction. Both Da Silva and Young kick off the new year in the independent field just months away from seeing their respective stunt credits unveiled for Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier, with their next credited work on director Brent Ryan Green’s upcoming sci-fi thriller, The Veil, set to release in 2015.
