CARTER: ‘The Villainess’ Director Jung Byung-Gil Returns To Helm Netflix Original Action Thriller

Kim Min-young, Netflix VP of Content for Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand, took to the public this week to tout the streamer’s ongoing $500 million dollar investment into its own self-funded programing. Par for the course as of last month is Carter, a bold new action thriller from stunt professional-cum-filmmaker Jung Byung-gil.
