Comedy-Horror Thriller SLAYERS Acquired By The Avenue
Upcoming comedy-horror film Slayers has been picked up for worldwide sales and release in 2022. Highland Film Group, a sales, financing, production and distribution company, specializes in the action/thriller/horror space and cast/director/filmmaker driven content. The film will be handled domestically by their US Distribution division, The Avenue, which was launched in 2020 and already has a catalog of films with stars from many genres, including Nicholas Cage, Pierce Brosnan, and Frank Grillo. Slayers stars Thomas Jane (The Thin Red Line). Kara Edward (Moonrise Kingdom) , Malin Akerman (Watchmen), Lydia Hearst (The Haunting of Sharon Tate) and Abigail Breslin (Zombieland), whom also is making her debut as a Producer.
