COYOTE: Justin Long And Kate Bosworth Star In New Survival Thriller Now Filming In Colombia
Cameras are now rolling as of this weeks in Bogota, Colombia for survival thriller, Coyote, from director Colin Minihan (What Keeps You Alive, Grave Encounters) as announced by Capstone Studios’ CEO Christian Mercuri. Cast includes Justin Long (Barbarian) and Kate Bosworth (Superman Returns, 21, Remember the Titans) with a script storied by by Daniel Meersand & Nick Simon (The Pyramid, The Girl in the Photographs) and Tad Daggerhart (The Expendables 4, Black Lotus), and written by Daggerhart and Simon. Daggerhart, Long, and Bosworth are also exec producing Coyote, which follows a family fighting for their lives against a pack of crazed coyotes during a raging wildfire in the Hollywood Hills. Nathan Klingher (Land of Bad) and Ford Corbett will produce for Gramercy Park, along with James Harris (Fall) of Teashop Productions and Jib Polhemus (Old Guy) of Source Management. Actors Mel Gibson, Dominic Purcell, Nick Stahl and Kate Bosworth are front and center for Confidential Informant, a new crime thriller from director by Michael Oblowitz (This World, Then the Fireworks, The Traveler). The official trailer is now online at the bottom of the page from Lionsgate. Confidential Informant tells the tale of two narcotics agents hunting for a cop killer during a crack epidemic. Hoping for leads, Moran (Purcell) and Thorton (Stahl) pay off a junkie informant. To provide for his wife (Bosworth) and son, Moran involves the stool pigeon in a deadly scheme. This causes the partners to come under the scrutiny of a suspicious internal affairs agent, leading to an explosive finale… Oblowitz directs from a script co-written with Michael Kaycheck, and Brooke Nasser. Confidential Informant arrives On Demand and Digital on June 27, and in theaters on June 30.

Lining up their serial slate on Netflix with a raft of titles this week, the streaming service announced a trio of projects up for the taking. Dystopian Survival Thriller, THE DOMESTICS, Opens This Week On VOD And In Theaters
Following news of Orion Pictures’ revival with the launch of Mike P. Nelson’s The Domestics, the past week is showing some impressive results with a look at the official trailer.
