Award-Winning Director Yoon Jae-Keun’s SPIRITWALKER Shoots Out With Mystery And Danger This November
Having only directed two films in the span of a decade, 2021 has earned filmmaker Yoon Jae-Keun twice the charm with the ceremony of his latest slick bodyswapping assassin thriller, Spiritwalker. The film held audiences captive this summer in-person at NYAFF where he, and producers Billy Acumen, Lee So-young and Kim Hyun-suk scored the The Daniel A. Craft Award for Excellence in Action Cinema, and most recently at the London East Asian Film Festival to help whet the director’s appetite for much-needed circulation as local exhibitors tussled with mid-pandemic release plans.
