Lionsgate Deals A Finishing Blow With KING OF KILLERS On Blu-Ray And DVD In October!

Lionsgate is taking up arms with Blu-Ray and DVDs to send out to the masses on October 31 for Kevin Grevioux’s feature debut, King Of Killers. The film is based on Grevioux’s own graphic novel with a cast led by Alain Moussi and Frank Grillo, leading the story of an expert killer whose quest for vengeance thrusts him into the center of one man’s thirst for the thrill, having ordained himself as the “King Of Killers,” and coralling a room full of the world’s most elite assassins to challenge him for the crown and a $10 million dollar prize to boot. Without question, the biggest stinger right out of the release of The Expendables 3 nearly a decade ago was its departure from an audience that loves its R-rated action and gore. Director Scott Waugh is here to pick up the slack nowadays having just landed on radar this summer through Netflix with Chan/Cena thriller Hidden Strike, just in time to help fans of the franchise get their action fix with a promisingly R-rated delivery of Expend4bles beginning September 22. Blood and guts and all the trimmings, etc. This film is selling itself for sure, shoddy green-screen be damned. What matters is my fellow forty-somethings and older get to feel like kids again. The campaign continues as director Scott Waugh’s September 22 release of Expend4bles now dons an official poster from Lionsgate. The film stars Jason Statham, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Megan Fox, Dolph Lundgren, Tony Jaa, Iko Uwais, Randy Couture, Jacob Scipio, Levy Tran with Andy Garcia and Sylvester Stallone, with a script by Kurt Wimmer, Tad Daggerhart and Max Adams. Director Asif Akbar’s newest action-thriller now arrives in the form of Mojave Diamonds, starring a UFC-laden cast and a release on DVD, digital and On-Demand beginning May 30. Lionsgate launched the official trailer on Wednesday. UFC superstars Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone, Chael Sonnen, and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson star in this intense action-thriller. Cerrone plays Roy, a fighter who runs afoul of the Vegas mob and must run a $50 million shipment of diamonds to Mexico. He brings his G.l. brother Danny, but the shipment is stolen by a rival gang, and brother Joe’s family is abducted as punishment. Chad Stahelski’s John Wick: Chapter 4 clocks in at 2 hours and 49 minutes – the longest of all entries in the franchise so far. That’s gonna be a lot of layer-building and assassin killing to come as Keanu Reeves makes his return to the fold after launching the character nearly a decade ago, and with a brand new trailer inbound this week, Lionsgate isn’t backing down from its “Wick Week” commitment as new character posters are now out which you can view below. The gallery also includes a final reveal of actor Scott Adkins in the role of “Killa” after weeks of keeping his character under wraps in which now he can be seen in what looks like a prosthetic fatsuit.
