Vlad Ivanov, Catrinel Marlon, Rodica Lazar, Antonio Buil, Agustí Villaronga, Sabin Tambrea, Julieta Szonyi and George Pisterneanu lead the cast. In The Whistlers, not everything is as it seems for Cristi, a police inspector in Bucharest who plays both sides of the law.
