SCOTT PILGRIM vs. THE WORLD Gets A 10th Anniversary Theatrical Re-Release Via Dolby Cinema
I remember going to see The Expendables over Scott Pilgrim vs. The World during both their theatrical runs happening simultaneously. I never got to check out the film on the big screen before its theatrical releases ended and was even more disappointed that a sequel didn’t follow eight after. The latter hasn’t really dimmed the cult fan fervor much in the years since then, and with the film getting an exclusive Dolby theatrical re-release soon, that fact is unlikely to change. Dolby launched its trailer on Wednesday with director Edgar Wright lending some lipservice of his own via social media, with Dolby announcing an April 30 release.
